Taylor operates through philosophical and holistic lenses. She utilizes the clients’ own insight and innate self-knowledge to develop goals and treatment plans geared towards health, contentment, and wholeness. She pulls from a variety of therapeutic approaches based on the clients needs and preferences..
Taylor integrates her counseling education and experience, knowledge of yoga, her love of the outdoors, and her life-long involvement with nerd culture to provide tailored approaches to each individual she has the pleasure of working with. She believes that her job is not to provide answers and solutions for the client, but to collaboratively and equitably aid them in mindfully navigating the journey of their life.
